Sleep on it, dream on it — if you don’t love it, we’ll give you a full refund or exchange.

We know it can take you at least 15 days to adjust to a new mattress. So, we give you 30 nights to try it out for free. If you’re not 100% satisfied with it we will give you an exchange or full refund, upon return of the mattress.

Most people buy a mattress in the conventional way. You visit a bedding shop, lie down on a few mattresses and in those few minutes make a decision you will have to live with (or sleep on) for a couple of years. What most people don’t realise, or rather they do but it’s usually too late, is that the mattress that felt so comfortable in those few minutes isn’t actually the right mattress for them.

The truth is that you do have to sleep on it for a good week or ideally two to be able to determine if it’s the right fit for you. This is where our Sleep Trial comes in.

Following a purchase of any of our mattresses in our Free Trial Collection, we offer our customers up to 30 days (max) to sleep on the mattress and if within those 30 days you’re sure it’s not right for you, whether it’s causing you pain or you just didn’t find it comfortable, we will provide you with a new mattress model with a different firmness, support or feel. However, if you really don’t think we can get it right the second time, we’ll give you a full refund. Simple and easy.

In short, here’s how it works.

1. Purchase a Mattress from our Sleep Trial selection at Murphy’s Liquidation Furniture outlets.
2. Sleep on your new mattress and enjoy the wonderful experience that is a beautifully crafted mattress.
3. If you’re unhappy within the first 20-30 days after your purchase, email us and info@fitzwilliammattress.ieie and we’ll work with you to fix the problem right away.*
4. If we can’t help, we’ll either provide you with a new different mattress of your choice ** or offer you a full refund.
5. All mattress returned to our store are recycled by Eco Mattress Recycling.

*Contact must be made with us at least one week prior to the 30 day trial end.

30 Night Trial Terms and Conditions

Our T & C’s are very reasonable (We think anyway 🙂

RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS

1. The 30-day trial period begins on the day your mattress is purchased.
2. You must trial your mattress for a minimum of 20 days and a maximum of 30 days. You must make contact with us at least one week prior to the expiry of the 30 days with your issues, before we are able to commence the exchange/ returns process.
3. Mattresses will only be accepted back if they are in an acceptably good condition, less the sleep trial wear and tear. All mattresses should be in their original mattress bag 🙂
4. Any mattress that is returned in a noticeably damaged or soiled state will not be accepted.
5. Please note that exchanging your mattress is only allowed once under the 30 night trial period and is conditional upon a mattress of equal or greater value being chosen.
6. Where you request an exchange/upgrade and it is more expensive than the original, we will require payment for the difference in price.
7. In the case of an incorrect size being ordered, the 30 day sleep trial will be deemed invalid.
